So here it is, finally a rl update.

[+] My new roommate is absolutely amazing. We get along so well, it's just great. We decided that we are instant soulmates and BFF's, it's surreal how fantastic this is. We've been living together for two weeks now, and I don't think that I've ever been happier. I'm finally happy, and I'm honestly just relieved that everything is going so well.

[+] My Thanksgiving was actually really wonderful as well. We had soup supper, Holden Evening Prayer, and a pie-fest on Wednesday night at church. I absolutely love Holden Evening Prayer, so it was really nice. Then on Thursday we went up to Evergreen to have a traditional dinner. It was held at PK and Glenn's house, they are a nice older couple from our church who are really just adorable. The sad part is, the day before, one of their dogs was hit by a car and killed. They insisted on still having the dinner, so we went ahead, but at times it was just really really sad. On Friday, Momma and I went shopping at the black Friday sales. We ended up with 3 new pairs of jeans, 4 new really cute shirts, a pair of running shorts, a pair of splatter paint rocketdog shoes, and a pair of fashion boots, so all in all it was a really good shopping trip. Then Friday night we went to Alternative Thanksgiving at Dana and Becky's house, which was really fun, I got to see Kim and Sarah which was nice, although the repetitive questions about school and stuff was really starting to get on my nerves. Saturday night we went to the Hanging of the Greens at church which was all of 8 people, so we hung the ornaments and ordered pizza and the ended up going to see A Christmas Carol in 3D. All in all, the break was really nice, it was really nice not to have to get up early for school.

[-] I'm a bit overwhelmed with school right now. I have this huge portfolio due in less than 48 hours for English, and I've done absolutely nothing on it, plus I have to write a persuasive paper by Friday. I feel ok about calc and history, but really I just want it to be next semester already. Even if I fail English though, I have the credits from my AP class in high school, so it won't be the end of the world, I just wish I had known about the credits earlier so I could have dropped the class and gotten something else that I needed. Oh well, I guess I'll just make do and bullshit a bunch of stuff.

[-+] Zach and I had a long long discussion about becoming friends with benefits. I KNOW that it's a bad idea, but I really can't help myself when it comes to him, he was the first boy I ever loved, and he holds a special place in my heart. So we were talking about it and he didn't really seem into it, so I told him to forget about it. I went to sleep and when I woke up the next morning, I had a text message from him that said "I'd fuck you." Which yes is flattering, but was really blunt and not something I was expecting from him. I figured it was the alcohol he was drinking the night before, but when I asked him about it, he said that he would. We talked about it some more, and ultimately decided not to risk our friendship. It's definitely for the best, I don't want to lose my V-Card to someone with absolutely no attachment to me...

1. I'm a Lutheran, so I'd say that I feel good about religion, comfortable even. I worked at a Lutheran camp this summer. I love God, and that's the end of it.

2. My favorite thing to wear is my favorite pair of jeans, they are comfy and there are wings on the pockets, they are so cute and so comfortable.

3. My idea of the perfect mate is someone who loves me no matter what, who can make me laugh, and makes me feel beautiful.

[-] Had a huge fight with Zach today. He was upset over his breakup. Last night he attempted to tell me that he was completely over it, and then today he just totally broke down on me. Apparently she posted something on facebook about how she is good enough to fuck but not good enough to be with. He took that as she is out fucking lots of other guys. So he was really hurt and I told him to forget about her, that she didn't deserve her. I told him that he has to stop letting girls take advantage of him. He then said that he never has and never will find a girl who doesn't take advantage of him. I tried to clarify that I wasn't one of those girls and he blatantly accused me of using him way back once upon a time when we had dated. So then I asked him why, if he felt so used, he kept coming back to me at every turn to hold him up and be his best friend. He told me to leave him, that everybody else had. I said that I wasn't leaving, I just was hurt that he thought so little of me, and that I'd been there for him through everything never judging, always supportive. Then I turned off my computer and went to class, I wanted to give us both time to cool down since we both have volatile tempers, and I was about to flip my shit on him. When I came back and got on facebook again he apologized for lumping me into his generalization of women since he was pissed, and when I apologized for getting mad too he told me not to since it was understandable because of what he said. I just hated that he got mad at me when I wasn't a part of the problem, I was only trying to make him feel better.

Wow, It's been almost a month since I posted about me last... oops! Sorry I've been MIA, let me catch you guys up.

[-] So I finally got stalker married guy to leave me alone. I told him that if he loved me, he'd just leave me alone and forget about me. It sucks that we can't be friends, but I felt so crazy guilty that I couldn't function.

[-] Other than Cody, nothing exciting happened while I was commuting back and forth from school and home. I replaced my iPhone for $200 which was almost half of what I got paid for the house sitting.

[-+] So one of my suitemates, Evelyn has been way more trouble than she was worth, she was very rude to all of us, extremely inconsiderate, among other things. On top of that, she has never dealt with rejection from a guy, and now she's dealt with it twice since she's been in college. She gets very upset and doesn't seem to be able to comprehend. Anyways, after 2 months of us being frustrated and upset with her, she moved out. She just up and left, didn't tell any of us, just moved all of her stuff out. I would say good riddance, but now she has been telling everyone that the 3 of us left in the room are horrible people, and spreading lies about us. I am over her, I was over her after a week of her behavior, it just bugs me that she is being so immature about it.

[-] Since Evelyn has moved out, we are waiting on a new roommate. Sarah was supposed to get the new roommate, but since she and Amy share most of the same living habits, Amy moved in with her and I'm the one stuck with a new roommate. It's whatever, but I just wish that it hadn't happened the way it did. I could have dealt with Evelyn for the rest of the year, she just had to move out because her feelings were hurt. Like I said, immature. So I'll give an update when we get our new roommate.

[+] Halloween was so much fun this year! We had little kids come trick or treating at our dorm which was so fun since the were incredibly cute! Then after the trick-or-treaters had left, I got dressed up as a greek goddess and headed on over to a party at Holly's house. Parties are fun and all, but this one was extra fun I think... (maybe that's just the alcohol talking...) Anyways, I met a bunch of new friends, and even had some thought provoking conversations, which always makes me happy.

[-] On Sunday, after sleeping off my minor hangover, I was getting some food, and then I was getting back on my bed and I dislocated my kneecap. For the few seconds before the pain set in, all I could think was "Oh crap, not this again!" And then I was screaming my head off trying to get someone to come into my room. Nobody that was around knew how to relocate a knee, so everybody was just trying to get me downstairs and into a car. The boys got me up onto a chair with wheels, but there was nothing supporting my knee, so I was screaming in pain until one of the boys got the bright idea to put another chair under my foot so that I could at least rest it there. They somehow got me down to the lobby, but I knew that there was no way that they were going to get me into a car with my knee still out of place, so the front desk called 911. The paramedics popped my kneecap right back into place, but insisted on taking me in the ambulance because they had given me drugs. If I had known that the drugs meant having to ride in the cash guzzling ambulance, I would have had them popped my knee back without drugs, it's not that bad, I've had it done without drugs before. So I got my first ride in an ambulance and my parents came up to see me.

[-] On top of having my knee in an immobilizer, I got sick this week. I think I was dehydrated all week which led to my being really dizzy and probably ultimately led to my getting sick. I slept a lot since I couldn't really move, and I hope that I'm done being sick.

[-] One of my best guy friends broke up with his girlfriend right before Halloween. He and I used to date, and we had a rough breakup, but the girl he dated after me really did a number on him. She cheated on him and strung him along and lots of other stuff, and because of it, he and I grew really close. He used to call me crying because of what this girl did to him, and she was able to do it because he is such a trusting and sweet guy. So he had found this new girl recently who he was really happy with, and things between them were great. Then he said that she was acting really distant, so he decided to give her space. I was kind of astounded when he told me that because when we dated, he never left me alone when I asked him to, so I told him how proud of him I was. Well then he told me that if she didn't stop needing space by the end of a week that they were over. Now I know that he's been burned before and he thinks that he needs to protect himself, but I think that was a little extreme. He ended up breaking it off with her. He says he's fine, but I can tell that he's taking it hard just like he always has. I only hope that he won't end up hurting himself in his grief.
